Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, following up, as necessary.
  • Guide customers through a needs-based review process to help them understand and select the best insurance solutions.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly service by addressing questions about insurance products, coverage options, policy updates, claims, billing, and more.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to achieving daily success.

Requirements
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus (such as inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Comfortable working within a small team setting
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have or be able to obtain Property/Casualty & Life/Health insurance licenses.
