PRODUCTION LINE LEAD

Location Neenah Wi

Shift: 2nd shift 1:45pm to 10:00pm

Pay $20.00 per hour

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and motivate your team to hit goals
- Inspect products regularly to ensure quality
- Train and coach line workers in best practices
- Manage documentation and maintain accuracy with WMS systems
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Uphold safety, GMP, and company standards at all times

**Qualifications:**
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS experience a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Able to lift 20 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures
- High School Diploma (GED or 3+ years production/warehouse experience preferred)
