Job Description: Performs a wide variety of nursing care activities for medical-surgical and telemetry patients under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school or Practical Nursing.Current, valid, and unrestricted LPN license from NC or compact state.BLS certification.Satisfactory completion of Rhythm Interpretation Course.CPI will be required within 3 months of hire.ACLS will be required within 1 year after hire.Required to demonstrate age-specific competency for patients, ranging from adult to geriatric.

Preferred: Nursing experience in an acute care hospital.

Experience: No experience required, but at least one year of acute care hospital nursing is strongly preferred.
