  • 3+ years of direct experience in resource planning, capacity management, or portfolio operations with standardized tools and reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI and portfolio platforms (e.g., Fusion Online, Epicflow).
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP standards, and regulatory environments (FDA, EMA).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Lean, DBS, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly valued.
  • Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci certification, CCPM knowledge, or experience applying AI/advanced analytics to resource optimization.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $135,000–$145,000, plus eligibility for bonus and incentive compensation.
  • Fully remote work arrangement with flexibility to work from home.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) eligibility.
