Accountabilities

In this role, you will define and optimize product operations frameworks that improve efficiency across the entire product lifecycle while ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and business teams. You will design scalable processes, lead cross-functional initiatives, and enable smooth product launches and continuous iteration.

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve product operations processes to enhance delivery efficiency and scalability
  • Drive alignment between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams on priorities and execution
  • Own and manage product rollout plans, ensuring successful execution across multiple stakeholders and geographies
  • Analyze key product and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead beta testing programs and structured feedback loops to refine product features before full release
  • Support enterprise trials and customer initiatives by coordinating cross-functional problem-solving efforts
  • Identify automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort and increase operational effectiveness
  • Act as a project lead for strategic, cross-functional initiatives impacting product growth and performance
Requirements

You bring strong experience in product operations, program management, or strategic operations within a technology-driven organization. You are highly analytical, structured, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • 6+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or strategic operations in technical organizations
  • Proven track record of improving processes and driving end-to-end product or operational initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL or BI tools for data analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed or remote-first team environments
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on product impact and user experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter attitude with strong ownership and execution drive
