This role sits at the intersection of consulting, technology, and client strategy, supporting leading financial institutions in designing advanced fraud and identity solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable, technology-driven solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through solution design, product capabilities, and implementation approaches that improve fraud detection, identity verification, and risk management outcomes. The environment is highly collaborative and client-facing, requiring both technical fluency and strong consulting acumen. You will also contribute directly to pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and solution tailoring for enterprise clients. This is a high-impact position where your expertise directly shapes customer trust, security outcomes, and long-term business relationships.
- Support the pre-sales process by providing technical guidance, solution expertise, and professional services insights to enterprise financial clients.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing customers, clearly articulating value and capabilities.
- Conduct detailed client needs assessments and design tailored fraud and identity solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide training and advisory support on software platforms and integrated technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution design, implementation, and adoption.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, fraud prevention technologies, and competitor offerings to strengthen solution positioning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in fraud and identity solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in consulting, technology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection, identity verification, and risk management concepts, ideally involving multi-product ecosystems.
- Proven experience in consulting, pre-sales, or professional services within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and business challenges.
- Experience guiding clients and internal teams on solution architecture and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Technical familiarity with identity, anti-fraud technologies, behavioral biometrics, networking, or information security is a plus.
- Proficiency with business tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
