Warehouse Technician – Manufacturing (Forklift Required) in NEPTUNE CITY, New Jersey at Flexcraft

12‑Hour Rotating Shifts (2‑3‑2) | Day & Night | $3/hr Night Differential

• 12‑hour rotating 2‑3‑2 schedule with built‑in days off
  • Day shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Night shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend is a 4‑day weekend
• $3.00/hour night shift differential

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trucks

• Scan, track, and update inventory using handheld scanners

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
• Communicate clearly with team members to meet production needs

• Forklift experience required
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong time‑management, organization, and communication skills
• Safety‑focused mindset with attention to detail

• Cleanroom or controlled‑environment experience
• Multilingual skills
