Working closely with sales, BDR, and marketing teams, you will help improve lead quality, optimize conversion rates, and strengthen overall go-to-market performance. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline growth across multiple channels. Your work will focus on delivering high-performing campaigns, improving lead conversion, and enabling alignment between marketing and sales teams.
- Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel demand generation programs across digital channels
- Manage and optimize always-on campaigns to generate and nurture high-quality leads
- Coordinate the creation and promotion of marketing assets such as webinars, gated content, syndication campaigns, and lead tools
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver regular reporting on key marketing and pipeline metrics
- Identify optimization opportunities and continuously refine programs based on performance insights
- Collaborate closely with BDR and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and improve conversion rates
- Support pipeline growth by improving MQL volume, quality, and progression to SQL and revenue stages
- Partner with marketing teams including demand generation, web, product marketing, and brand to align execution
- Contribute to campaign strategy development and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure consistent tracking, measurement, and reporting of program effectiveness across channels
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in demand generation or channel marketing within a SaaS environment, with a proven ability to execute multi-channel programs and drive measurable pipeline impact. You are both strategic and execution-focused, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles
- Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong understanding of demand generation funnels and lead lifecycle management
- Experience working across channels such as paid media, email, webinars, content, and social
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder management ability
- Experience collaborating closely with sales or BDR teams to drive pipeline efficiency
- Strong execution mindset with a bias for action and results-driven delivery
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
