The Opportunity You will serve as a versatile technical expert, managing essential maintenance and repair operations across diverse commercial facilities. How You Will Make an Impact
Execute comprehensive maintenance programs for commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety components.
Analyze site survey data and technical specifications to plan and manage efficient maintenance schedules that minimize facility downtime.
Respond to emergency repair requests with real-time troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction and operational safety.
Supervise daily field operations and coordinate team efforts to meet strict project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor material usage and supply inventory to implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency.
Document daily job status and system performance through accurate reporting to provide stakeholders with full project transparency.
Coordinate with property managers to ensure all ongoing construction and maintenance work complies with specific customer requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial building maintenance or a related field.
Proven technical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, light electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong proficiency in using computers and software for documenting work requests and maintenance reports.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team through goal-setting, motivation, and effective conflict management.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Absolute willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to various project assignments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Advanced experience in conducting site surveys and performing specialized door and hardware repairs.
Proven ability to operate a scissor lift and other heavy maintenance equipment safely.
Extensive experience in drafting periodic maintenance logs and managing multi-task facility priorities independently.
