Facilities Manager at Moveras, LLC – Salem, New Hampshire

Moveras is seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager with an electrical license to lead our facility’s maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial machine repair and HVAC. This individual will oversee and support a small maintenance team, ensuring all equipment and facility systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day maintenance operations across the facility
• Troubleshoot, repair, andmaintainindustrial production equipment
• Createand oversee preventive maintenance tasks and schedules
• Diagnoseandresolveelectrical and mechanical issues (electrical background preferred)
• Maintain and service HVAC systems (experiencerequired)
• Ensure general building maintenance, including plumbing, lighting, and basic carpentry
• Supervise and mentor a small team of maintenance technicians
• Work closely with production and operations to minimize downtime
• Maintainaccuraterecords of maintenance activities using basic computer skills
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• OSHA compliance (1910 standards, recordkeeping, audits)
• Safety training programs & incident investigations
• Environmental compliance (waste, stormwater, air permits)
• Regulatory inspections & agency interface
• PPE programs, JHAs, lockout/tagout
• Contractor safety & permit oversight
• Emergency response planning

Qualifications:

• Licensed Electrician
• 5+ years of experience in industrial machine maintenance and repair
• HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience
• General building maintenance experiencerequired
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
• Basic computer skills (email, CMMS software, spreadsheets)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours if needed, including occasional weekends or evenings
