Join Fox Acura as a Service Appointment Coordinator! This role is responsible for managing service appointment scheduling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the service team with communication and organization.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments through phone, email, and text.
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business.
• Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable.
• Process payments for service contracts as needed.
• Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment.

• Customer Focus: Maintains a professional, friendly approach and prioritizes customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and team members through phone, email, and text.
• Organization: Effectively manages multiple appointments, follow-ups, and service tasks with strong attention to detail.
