Job Summary:
Nsight Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our nurse supervisors. This role involves assisting with various tasks and answering phone calls throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist nurse supervisors with daily tasks and administrative support.

Answer phone calls and provide excellent patient support.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Maintain Nsight Health’s culture of positivity and patient-centered care.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Active Medical Assistant (MA) license (Required).

Passion for patient care, with empathy and compassion.

Strong ability to educate patients effectively.

Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-safe environment.

Own computer with a reliable, high-speed internet connection (Speed test required during the interview).

Moderate to advanced computer skills.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to read, write, and interpret policies, procedures, and documents.

Strong problem-solving skills with logical thinking and adaptability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule & Availability Requirements:

This position operates on a 4-day work week structure, consisting of 10-hour shifts.Must be available to work rotating holidays throughout the year.Requires mandatory coverage of a minimum of two (2) weekends per month.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Remote position requiring a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Typical office-related physical demands (sitting, standing, looking at a screen, answering calls).

Comprehensive Benefits Package

Sign-On Bonus: This role is eligible for a one-time $2,500 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid after you complete 120 days of continuous employment and is contingent upon your active employment status and satisfactory performance at the time of payment.
