• Weekends and after hour as needed
• Managerial Experience a MUST
• Military / Law Enforcement Experience preferred
• Salary $100,000 PER YEAR

Introduction

We provide a comprehensive range of essential facility management services to over 1,000 clients across various sectors, inclusive of commercial and government buildings, residential communities, schools, industrial facilities, transportation hubs, and retail outlets throughout the East Coast and New England.

The Role:

Most/all of the following tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Lead a team of cleaners while communicate clearly and effectively with management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Interact with clients on a daily basis to receive work orders and directions
• Assist in payroll duties, including tracking hours worked for employees
• Handle disputes and issue disciplinary actions for employees as necessary
• Hire and terminate employees
• Understand and be able to execute all aspects of cleaning such as window cleaning and shampooing
• Troubleshoot maintenance equipment as necessary
• Create and maintain employee schedules including replacement of personnel for sick an vacation periods;

Position may consist of continual lifting and moving equipment and furniture
