Cable Assembly and Kit Setting in Commerce City, Colorado at Sphere Renewables LLC

Sphere Renewables is a key component supplier for Renewable Energy with offices and employees globally. The focus of Sphere Renewables has been on Wind Energy and other renewable energy sources, and the supply of key components and product.
We are looking for someone to efficiently & accurately assemble wires, cables, & kitting according to specifications & work instructions.

Duties and responsibilities
Production
• Read and interpret assembly documents and drawings.
• Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble electrical wiring systems, cables, harnesses, and kitting. Including cutting, stripping, and crimping wires, connecting components, sorting, counting, and kitting components.
• Safely operate and perform light maintenance of tools required to assemble parts.
• Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment.
• Perform quality checks on work in progress and completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications.
• Safely load assemblies and components onto racks and into crates.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory at your workstation.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Fine motor skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and use measuring tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols & procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
