As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our full-cycle recruiting efforts with a blend of creativity, data-driven strategy, and a heart for equity. You’ll be a "self-starter" who thrives on collaboration, working closely with Marketing to craft a captivating employer brand and with Hiring Managers to build inclusive talent pipelines.
- Location: Woodside, CA (80% Onsite)
- Schedule: Full-time, Exempt. Requires a flexible schedule as part of our dynamic People & Culture team.
- Compensation: Salary range of $86, 000 to $100,000 + full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and more).
- Employer Branding: You’ll be our brand ambassador on LinkedIn and Glassdoor, co-creating content (videos, testimonials, and adverts) that showcases our "Employee Value Proposition."
- Strategic Sourcing: From seasonal staff to executive leadership, you’ll hunt for both active and passive talent using social media, networking, and industry events.
- DEAI Advocacy: You will actively seek out underrepresented groups, ensuring our hiring process is structured to mitigate bias and foster a racially equitable organization.
- Recruitment Ops: You’ll be the "Master of ADP," leveraging our ATS to track data, analyze trends, and deliver weekly dashboards to leadership.

- Experienced: You have at least 3 years of HR/recruitment experience (non-profit experience is a huge plus!) and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- A Communicator: You model Radical Candor—you care personally while challenging directly—and you can tailor your style to anyone from an intern to a Director.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with ADP, Monday.com, and the Google/Microsoft suites.
- Change-Agile: You have a continuous improvement mindset and aren't afraid to experiment with new technologies or sourcing strategies.
- Diplomatic: You handle confidential information with impeccable discretion and maintain a sense of humor, even when things get busy.
- Leadership: You will occasionally supervise projects with our HRIS & Payroll Specialist and support the CPO on high-level succession planning.
- Environment: This role involves being onsite, navigating our beautiful (and sometimes uneven) terrain, and occasionally lifting items up to 20 lbs.
- Travel/License: A valid Driver’s License is required.
