Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 $95,000 per year plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.

• Location: Northeast Ohio (Hybrid).

• Project Scope: Commercial Tenant Build-outs, Renovations, and Light Industrial.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple projects from pre-construction handoff through final closeout.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and two-week lookaheads to ensure on-time delivery.

• Synchronize subcontractors and in-house crews to maintain efficient workflow and minimize rework.

• Drive real-time problem solving on-site to resolve technical or logistical issues without escalation.

• Manage project budgets by tracking costs against estimates and identifying potential overruns early.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to provide progress updates and manage change orders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience in a management or supervisory capacity.

• Proven background as a Field Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, or Foreman.

• Strong technical ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and project scopes.

• Demonstrated experience holding subcontractors and internal trades accountable to quality and safety standards.

• Proficiency with modern construction scheduling and project management software tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification.

• Specialized experience managing commercial tenant build-outs and light industrial renovations.
