You will act as a pivotal bridge between technical feasibility and business growth by transforming project plans into winning proposals. This high-impact role allows you to own the pre-construction phase, leveraging your construction expertise to build lasting client relationships while ensuring project profitability. • Prepare highly accurate cost estimates and competitive project bids to secure new contracts.

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors and commercial clients.

• Conduct comprehensive site visits to evaluate field conditions and support precise estimating.

• Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from bid to build.

• Track and manage leads, proposals, and sales activities to maintain a robust project pipeline.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience within the construction industry.

• Previous background in estimating, sales, or project coordination roles.

• Possession of a valid Drivers License with the ability to travel frequently to job sites.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to influence project stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a baseline understanding of construction math.

• Prior experience specifically within underground utility or specialty construction sectors.

• Advanced proficiency with modern construction estimating software.

• Deep knowledge of the South Florida construction market and local vendor networks.
