This role supports production quality, drives adherence to standards, and helps strengthen systems through data, audits, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, shop-floor focused role working closely with machinists, supervisors, and engineers to prevent defects—not just detect them.Responsibilities:Production Quality SupportPerform in-process and final inspections to verify conformance to prints and customer requirementsSupport setup validation and first piece approvalAssist with containment and disposition of non-conforming productAPQP & New Part LaunchSupport APQP activities including control plans, FAI, and PPAP documentationWork alongside Process and Project Engineers during launchesInspection & AuditsConduct layered process and product auditsVerify adherence to work instructions, control plans, and inspection requirementsSPC & DataCollect and monitor SPC data on critical featuresIdentify trends and escalate issues early to prevent defectsCorrective Actions & CISupport root cause investigations and corrective actionsParticipate in WIN Ideas and WIN Actions to reduce scrap and improve qualityRequirements:Minimum 2 years in CNC operation experience (Swiss-style experience preferred).Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Understanding of basic production processes and quality checks.Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during a full shift.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience with precision machining.Background in aerospace or medical manufacturing.Experience with lean manufacturing principles.Benefits:401(k) with Company MatchHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife Insurance & Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Time-OffProfessional Development AssistanceApply:If you’re interested in this opportunity, please submit:Your updated resumeSend applications to:
