Job Description

  • Operate single or multiple presses simultaneously and sequentially.
  • Insert correct profile into the mold adding inserts and/or clips as required by the specific product work instruction.
  • Process finished parts on rack system by using visual inspection,
  • Use “Smart Processing Stand” trimming flash, insert clips, glue slits, notches or tears,
  • Apply EPT, using buttoner insert buttons, apply butyl tape, pads.
  • Inspect quality as identified by the specific product work instruction.
  • Load appropriate number of processed parts on rack system.
  • Complete production paperwork.
  • Pack inspected processed parts using visual inspection
  • Pack according to the specific product work instruction.
  • Operate multiple fasteners inserting machines and continuous drilling machines.
  • Load materials as identified in the specific product work instruction. Operate notching machine.
