Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high-impact talent acquisition solutions and supporting strategic people initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning recruiting strategies with organizational goals while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to managers, partnering with leadership to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring process
- Utilize workforce planning and talent market insights to inform recruiting strategies and decision-making
- Support employer branding efforts and leverage digital recruitment tools, social media, and analytics to attract top talent
- Develop and enhance strategic partnerships with colleges and universities
- Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed
- Participate in or lead talent acquisition-related projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices
Skills/Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- AEC industry strongly preferred but not required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency environments
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience with digital sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and recruitment analytics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Estimated Compensation Range and Benefits
$60,000 - $80,000/year*
*Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
