🌟 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Young Adult Program
📍 Locations: Gillette & Casper, Wyoming

GATE is excited to expand our services with a Young Adult Program designed to support individuals ages 17–21 as they transition into adulthood. We are seeking a passionate and motivated BCBA to lead and support this impactful program.

This position focuses on preparing young adults with autism and developmental needs for independence, employment, and continued education. You will play a key role in helping clients build meaningful life skills and achieve their personal goals.

• Provide BCBA supervision and clinical oversight for young adult clients (ages 17–21)
• Support clients in developing job readiness and workplace skills
• Assist with resume building, interview preparation, and job applications
• Guide clients in exploring and transitioning into college, trade school, or vocational programs
• Collaborate with local businesses and community partners to create employment opportunities
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on independence and life skills
• Train and support Behavior Technicians working within the program
