Accountabilities- Manage and coordinate internal AI/Data project cycles
- Work closely with senior management to improve team efficiency and execution
- Track tasks, timelines, risks, and priorities to keep projects moving
- Streamline workflows and support process improvements across the AI & Data organization
- Use AI tools daily to automate, research, summarize, and enhance team productivity
- Create clear communications, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Support cross-functional collaboration with AI, Data, Engineering, and Security stakeholders
- Act as an internal advocate for responsible and effective AI use
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of related experience, with 1+ years in direct project or program management
- Comfortable using AI tools daily and discussing high-level AI/ML concepts
- Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and interest in improving operational processes
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Preferred: PMP or AI/cloud-related certifications; familiarity with AI and cloud technology; experience supporting technical teams
