Somnia is seeking CRNAs for a Full-Time role in an independent anesthesia practice. 3 weeks on, 1 week off
Compensation and Benefits
- $320,000 annually
- Average 45-hour work week, including worked call hours. Extra-time paid for working over 90 hours per pay period.
- Opportunity to pick up additional hours - Extra-time and post-call work paid extra at premium rate
- 13 Weeks PTO | Only 39 weeks working
- $29,000 Retention Bonus
- Relocation assistance/allowance available up to *$10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates *receipts required

Practice Environment
- Case mix: General, blocks, OB, Ortho, Uro, Gyn, podiatry, spines, GI, ENT and Peds (No heads, hearts or vascular)
- 4 ORs, 1 Endo, and OB coverage for 3 labor rooms.
- Call: On average, four weeknight calls per three weeks on plus a maximum of nine weekends per year. Not required to stay in-house.
- Post-call: Post-call day off.
- Charting and software:
- EMR/EHR: Meditech Expanse – anesthesia charts on paper
- Medication management/digital pharmacy: Pyxis
Qualifications
- Active state license
- NBCRNA certification

This Level 2 Stroke and Level 3 Trauma Center has been addressing the healthcare needs of the community for over 60 years. Services offered include cardiac rehabilitation, family and internal medicine, cancer care, gynecology and obstetrics, diagnostic imaging, sports and spine care, surgery, urology, pediatrics, PT, pulmonary rehab, and more. The hospital handles approximately 6,000 cases annually (Main OR: 2,803, Endo: 2,756, and OB: 438).
