Job Summary – IT Support Specialist (Automotive Manufacturing)

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to support and enhance critical systems within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on technical support with application development, requiring a candidate who is comfortable working both on the plant floor and within enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining Oracle APEX applications, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and supporting web-based interfaces using JavaScript and CSS. This individual will troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.

Working cross-functionally with production, engineering, and business teams, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is strongly preferred.
