Key Responsibilities:

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all licensing regulations

- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or new menu items

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment

- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management

- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
