Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing RV parts, accessories, and related products

- Provide technical advice and product information to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RV parts, industry trends, and new product offerings

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize stockroom areas

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail, automotive, or RV parts sales preferred

- Strong knowledge of RV systems, parts, and accessories is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand technical information and explain it clearly to customers

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

- Valid driver’s license may be required for certain roles
