Position Overview

This entry-level engineering role blends technical support with customer-facing responsibilities. The position focuses on developing solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting the sale of engineered manufacturing products. You’ll work closely with customers to understand project needs while coordinating internally to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.

• Develop and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and product configurations
• Prepare customer submittal packages, including drawings, cut sheets, and related documentation
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to confirm design feasibility and accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams
• Assist Project Managers in tracking orders and ensuring timely project completion
• Participate in training related to power systems, controls, and applicable industry practices
• Learn and apply relevant codes, standards, and compliance requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering support, or a similar environment
• Foundational knowledge of electrical systems, generators, or mechanical power equipment
• Strong interest in learning both technical products and commercial processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Microsoft Excel

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand technical systems and designs
