Role Overview

This role focuses on validating data, reconciling information across platforms, and ensuring that business processes are executed consistently and in accordance with defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare and reconcile data across multiple internal and external platforms to ensure complete accuracy
• Conduct routine data audits to identify discrepancies, gaps, or compliance issues
• Verify that defined business processes are followed correctly and consistently across systems
• Document findings, exceptions, root causes, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to resolve data or process discrepancies
• Maintain and update process documentation, controls, and checklists
• Track recurring issues and support process improvements to reduce errors and rework

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
• Experience working with structured data, reports, or system outputs
• Ability to follow defined procedures while identifying deviations or inconsistencies
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume, accuracy-sensitive tasks
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience in business operations, compliance, audit, or process-oriented roles
• Experience with data reconciliation, quality assurance, or control functions
