Mack Industries is seeking experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our growing team. If you take pride in safety, reliability, and delivering high-quality materials, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career with a respected industry leader.

Position Highlights:

• Local routes – home every night

• Earn $1,000–$1,600+ per week (based on experience & loads)

• Quarterly Attendance Bonus

• Annual Safe Driving Bonus

• Monthly Gainsharing Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport engineered precast/prestress concrete products to job sites
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and meet safety standards
• Assist with loading and unloading using forklifts/cranes as needed
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks
• Use ELD systems to log inspections, hours, and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
• Verify product counts and condition before departure and upon delivery
• Support team operations and assist other departments when needed

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• At least 1 year of driving experience
• Ability to haul oversized and heavy loads
• Flatbed experience preferred (but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Outdoor construction environments in varying weather conditions
• Exposure to dust, noise, and dirt
• Ability to lift moderate weights occasionally
• Must be able to stand, squat, climb, kneel, and crawl as needed
