Position Overview The Lead Dining Room Attendant at A Ma Maniere ensures the environment remains polished, seamless, and aligned with our elevated service standards. This role is essential in creating a fluid, refined guest experience across dining, bar, and lounge spaces.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain pristine dining and lounge environments at all times

· Lead bussing team to execute efficient, detail-focused table resets

· Anticipate guest and team needs to support seamless service

· Assist servers and bartenders to maintain pace and flow

· Uphold presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the space

· Train and guide team members on À Ma Manière expectations

Qualifications

· 2+ years in upscale hospitality or fine dining

· Strong attention to detail with a polished, professional presence

· Ability to move with urgency while maintaining composure

· Team-oriented with leadership capability

· Flexible availability
