Key Responsibilities
· Execute all menu items with a high level of culinary technique and presentation
· Lead kitchen operations during service, ensuring flow, timing, and excellence
· Train and mentor team members to uphold À Ma Manière standards
· Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices
· Collaborate on menu evolution, seasonal features, and presentation standards
· Manage prep execution, station readiness, and product quality
· Support inventory, ordering, and cost control
Qualifications
· 3–5+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
· Strong leadership presence and ability to guide a team through service
· Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and plating aesthetics
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to consistency and excellence
· Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
