We are looking for a Stylist & Photoshoot Coordinator to bring our brand to life through thoughtful styling and seamless shoot execution. This role blends creative direction with strong organization, ensuring every photoshoot runs smoothly while reflecting the Böhme aesthetic.

You will play a key role in styling, coordinating, and executing photoshoots from start to finish, working closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams.

What You’ll Do:

Styling & Creative Execution

• Style outfits for photoshoots, including clothing, shoes, and accessories
• Prep and organize looks ahead of shoots with attention to brand consistency
• Actively participate on set, assisting with styling adjustments and directing models
• Ensure all looks are polished, on-trend, and aligned with Böhme’s visual identity

Photoshoot Coordination

• Book and coordinate all shoot elements including photographers, models, venues, and hair/makeup artists
• Negotiate rates with photographers, talent, and vendors to align with budget goals
• Coordinate internal calendars and align schedules with external partners and agencies
• Create and distribute detailed call sheets ahead of each shoot
• Oversee shoot timelines to ensure efficiency and productivity on set

Planning & Organization

• Organize and track all samples for upcoming shoots
• Prep reshoot lists based on missing content, performance, or inventory needs
• Maintain a strong understanding of inventory, best-sellers, and sell-through to prioritize styling and shoot needs

Operations & Logistics

• Track expenses and submit invoices and receipts in a timely manner
• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and rental cars for shoots as needed
• Assist in managing shoot budgets and staying within allocated spend

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in styling, photoshoot coordination, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and how to translate them into brand-relevant styling
• A great eye for detail, composition, and outfit building
• Ability to work both creatively and operationally in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Comfortable directing talent and making real-time styling decisions on set
• Basic knowledge of Shopify
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Bonus Points

• Experience working in e-commerce or fashion retail
• Familiarity with photoshoot production workflows
• Understanding of performance-driven content (what sells, what converts)
• Experience pulling reports or reviewing sell-through to inform creative decisions

Additional Details

• Travel out of state for photoshoots may be required based on company needs. Includes overnight stays.
