REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of experience working with the community, building relationships or equivalent customer service experience
- Networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Credit Union products and services and Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively
- Effective time management and exhibits strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently while displaying initiative
- Maintains a high level of professionalism
- Valid driver license, courteous driving
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Friendly, positive, energetic, responsible, outgoing
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
JOB SUMMARY:
- Represent Neches FCU in the community, ensuring visibility and awareness
- Maintain relationships with local businesses and chambers
- Educates and informs about our products and services available
- Distribute Neches FCU promotional materials throughout the community
- Assist with hosting on-site member drives and seminars as needed
- Assist with conducting financial literacy courses as needed
- Assist with event preparation and represent Neches FCU at local businesses and community events
- Schedule, track and maintain exposure
- If Neches vehicles are unavailable, mileage is paid for using personal vehicle
- Other duties assigned as needed
Classification: Non-Exempt
Location: Administration (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40 hours per week between the hours of Monday – Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM with weekends, early morning and evenings as needed.
