Position Overview
The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in shaping the employee experience at Adams Thermal Systems. This position is a blend of hands-on execution and proactive culture-building—supporting everything from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations.
You’ll work closely with leadership and employees across the organization to ensure our people processes are smooth, supportive, and aligned with our values.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys being at the center of a growing organization and making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
People & Culture
- Be a go-to resource for employees—helping create a positive, responsive, and supportive workplace
- Foster strong employee relationships and help address questions, concerns, and opportunities
- Support and enhance employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
Talent & Hiring
- Assist in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination
- Help create a great candidate experience from first touch to first day
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and reporting
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development tracking
Communication & Coordination
- Help communicate policies, programs, and updates clearly across the organization
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events
- Support company-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects
Growth & Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Take initiative on projects that strengthen culture, efficiency, and engagement
- Partner with leadership on evolving HR needs as the company grows

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR or related experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
