Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Build Your Foundation the Right Way

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up to build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with seasoned agents to learn best practices and refine your real estate skills.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about market trends and industry standards.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist clients in understanding the buying and selling process, providing clear and concise information.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with guidance from experienced team members to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn and use them effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive team culture.
