Description
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the clinical expert and trusted partner in the field, helping drive adoption of innovative wound care solutions:
- Build Trusted Relationships – Develop and maintain strong partnerships with wound care clinicians, physicians, WOC nurses, case managers, and key decision-makers across your territory
- Drive Product Adoption – Support product trials, evaluations, and conversions by demonstrating clinical value and improved patient outcomes
- Educate and Influence – Deliver engaging in-services and hands-on training to clinical teams on wound care products and best practices
- Act as a Clinical Expert – Provide guidance on wound assessment, treatment planning, and appropriate product selection
- Support Sales Growth – Partner with the sales team to advance deals and build clinical relationships with clients
- Support Formulary & Access – Assist in influencing formulary decisions by communicating clinical and economic value
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience – Ensure customers feel supported, confident, and successful with our products
- Gather Market Insights – Share feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer needs with internal teams
- Travel As Needed – Engage with customers in hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient clinics, and other care settings
- Compliance: Ensure all policies, procedures, and practices align with federal and state regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Active clinical license (RN, NP, CNS, or related license)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field
- 10+ years of wound care or related clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating proficiency in wound management
- Demonstrated experience in wound assessment and treatment, including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), required
- Wound Care Certification (e.g., WOCN, CWS, WCC, CWON) preferred
- Experience in clinical education, training, or customer support preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
- Ability to build trust and influence clinical decision-making
- Experience in hospital or nursing home management is a plus

Work Environment & Travel
This role will operate in a hybrid environment, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient clinics, home health agencies, and office settings. You will regularly engage with healthcare providers across multiple care settings, delivering education, support, and clinical expertise.
