Brand Field Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio at Clarke Power Services Inc

This entry-level role with Clarke Power Services provides branding support to our retail branches as well as sales team by ensuring our marketing strategies and brand identity, messaging, and standards are consistently represented to deliver cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints for our customers, partners and employee’s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy: Implement branding strategies that align with company goals, market positioning, and customer needs
• Field Presence: Represent the brand in person at branch locations, events, trade shows, or customer engagements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, dealers, vendors, and operations teams to ensure all materials, communications, and activities reflect the correct brand’s values and image
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and messaging
• Promotional Activities: Coordinate and participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to increase brand awareness
• Support: Support field staff or customers on brand standards, product knowledge, and service expectations
• Performance Monitoring: Track brand metrics such as awareness, loyalty, and market share, and report findings to senior teams
• Influencer & Partner Engagement : Build relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media to strengthen brand visibility

Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management
• Professional communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Adobe and Microsoft suite experience required
• Canva, Photography and Videography experience is a plus!
