Job Description
- Provide detail-oriented administrative support for Education Department staff and faculty. Tasks vary throughout the term.
- Responsibilities include organizing online files, updating spreadsheets for student tracking purposes, and typing documents such as course lists; special tasks for Education Department; maintaining program-specific Google websites (3-4 hours/week); and other special projects as assigned (2 hours/week).
- Tasks vary, and depending on student availability during the term.
- Works in conjunction with the Education Departments Administrative Assistant and Administrative Director; reports to the Education Department Administrative Director.
Qualifications
- Candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, must be responsive and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms is necessary.
