This role is focused on driving engagement and attendance for high-value events aimed at independent automotive repair shop owners across North America. You will play a key part in connecting prospects with transformative business programs designed to improve profitability and operational performance. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will engage in high-volume outbound communication, primarily by phone, to identify qualified decision-makers and secure their participation in events and webinars. The position requires a confident, persuasive communicator who can clearly articulate value and handle objections effectively. You will collaborate closely with marketing and coaching teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong lead conversion. This is a performance-driven role where success is measured by outreach impact, qualification quality, and event attendance outcomes.
- Conduct outbound calls to independent automotive repair shop owners across the United States to generate interest in live events and webinars.
- Clearly communicate program value propositions, overcoming objections and securing attendance commitments from qualified decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and track prospective customers using CRM systems while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to align outreach messaging, improve engagement strategies, and support event success.
- Follow up with no-shows and warm leads to support post-event conversion and ongoing engagement efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead qualification, and event attendance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong outbound communication and phone-based sales skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort using digital tools to track performance metrics and manage pipelines.
- Ability to quickly understand complex value propositions and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing lead data and follow-up activities.
- Sales experience of 1+ year is considered a strong advantage.
