Job Description
Picture this. You’re treating patients in the clinic during the week and then working sidelines at some of the biggest sporting events in the world on the weekend. At COASTherapy, that’s not a dream, it’s reality.
Over the years, COASTherapy has built a strong reputation in the sports medicine world. Our clinicians have the option to take part in about two events a month, from local competitions to elite stages like the X-Games and World Skate Event. Participation is completely optional, but if you choose to attend, you’ll be compensated for your time. It’s an exciting way to expand your skills, meet athletes, and experience sports medicine outside of the clinic.
Why Join COASTherapy
We know that fulfilled clinicians create the best outcomes for patients. That’s why we keep our clinics therapist-owned and therapist-led, with decisions made by people who understand what it’s like to walk in your shoes. Our culture is collaborative, lighthearted, and supportive, so you’ll feel like you’re part of a real community.
What We Offer
• Base salary up to $98,000 annually depending on experience
• Uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program where you decide your earning potential
• Company-paid health, life, and disability insurance - with no deductions from your paycheck, saving you about $4,500 each year.
• Generous PTO plan with two weeks of vacation, 40 hours of sick time, and six paid holidays; you’ll work a total of eleven months but get paid for the full twelve
• 401k contribution
• CEU reimbursement plus an annual MedBridge subscription
• Malpractice insurance
• New Grad Mentorship and leadership development programs -designed to grow your career, not just fill a role
What Makes This Role Special
• Sports medicine integration with paid opportunities to work high-profile events
• A culture where professionalism and laughter go hand in hand
• Tools and resources that help you do your job without burnout
What We’re Looking For
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current state PT license and BLS certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Open to both experienced PTs and new grads
• Spanish bilingual is a plus, not a requirement
Location
This is a full-time or part-time role in Orange, CA - a coastal community known for sunshine and an active lifestyle that pairs perfectly with our sports medicine roots
