Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual individual and group music therapy sessions
Teach guitar skills and facilitate songwriting activities
Lead mindfulness and stress-reduction exercises
Coordinate and execute virtual retreat programs

Collaborate with songwriters and healthcare providers
Manage program logistics, reporting, and weekly meetings
Support outreach and participant recruitment

Required Qualifications

Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
Experience in:
- Substance use disorder treatment (preferred)
- Group facilitation and virtual instruction
Strong skills in:
- Guitar instruction
- Songwriting or music composition
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and mindfulness practices
