Senior Designer - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping visual storytelling resources for high-level executives, driving engagement through impactful presentations. Collaborating closely with the Chief Sales Officer and sales leadership, you'll translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs that enhance communication strategies across various platforms, including major industry events. Your expertise will directly influence how key messages are delivered, making a significant impact on the organizations narrative and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining a high standard of quality in design and creativity.
Accountabilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and visual collateral for executive meetings and major events.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key messages and visual strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage day-to-day workflows and creative needs of the Global Sales business independently.
  • Bridge aesthetic vision with compelling storytelling to engage diverse audiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and design systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in visual design and presentation development for high-level executives.
  • Strong conceptual and design skills with a deep understanding of digital communication.
  • Ability to work flexibly and maintain pace in a fast-changing business environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and capacity to handle ambiguity effectively.
