Salesforce Technical Architect/ Lead

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect/ Lead in India.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM solutions in a highly collaborative digital transformation environment. The role combines technical leadership, strategic architecture, and hands-on solution development to support complex business initiatives across multiple Salesforce platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to create scalable, secure, and future-ready Salesforce ecosystems. Accountabilities:
  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, PSA, and other Salesforce products and managed packages.
  • Lead end-to-end technical solution architecture for complex enterprise business requirements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust technical designs.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural best practices related to scalability, integration, performance optimization, and platform security.
  • Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Oversee data architecture, migration planning, system integrations, and API strategies across Salesforce ecosystems and third-party platforms.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce initiatives, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to delivery teams.
  • Support project execution and delivery governance while managing technical risks and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide long-term technical roadmaps.
  • Coordinate effectively with global teams across different time zones while supporting project planning and execution activities.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams of 10–15 members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance delivery standards.
Requirements:
  • 7–14 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, including at least 4 years focused on customization and technical solution design.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise Salesforce development practices.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, data models, security frameworks, and platform best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing integrations using middleware tools such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, CPQ, PSA, and other Salesforce or industry-specific cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, deployment processes, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring medium-sized technical teams.
  • Ability to adapt to overlapping schedules and collaborate effectively with distributed global teams across India and the United States.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in fast-paced project environments.
  • Experience with other CRM platforms or enterprise applications will be considered an advantage.
