Accountabilities:
  • Present and sell life insurance products to prospective and existing clients, focusing on understanding individual needs and recommending suitable coverage solutions.
  • Contact and follow up with warm leads provided through a structured lead system, ensuring timely outreach and strong client engagement.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with clients to explain policies, answer questions, and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing Zoom-based training sessions, coaching calls, and team development activities to continuously improve performance and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate clearly with clients in a remote sales environment.
  • Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and the ability to manage time effectively without constant supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn digital sales tools and platforms.
  • Coachable mindset, adaptability, and commitment to following a structured, proven sales process.
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain it through a fast-track online program (support provided).
