Description:

Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) uses their analytical skills and strong attention to detail to maintain Toyota of Cedar Park and City Limits Subaru’s digital platforms, websites, digital ad production, execution, evaluation, along with vendor communication. The DMM will directly support the work of the Marketing Director and help achieve the marketing goals set forth by the Marketing Director and General Manager by managing online campaign, SEO, and lead generation in conjunction with a partner advertising agency. GA4 analysis is required to increase dealership traffic while working with the team with all targeted advertising campaigns. This position will also require some assistance with various social media needs and marketing department projects while providing support and with marketing and company events, as needed.

Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyzing website analytics and adjusting SEO strategies.
  • Integrating AI and advanced targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Co-managing PPC ad spend for specialized vehicle campaigns.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and keep a running list of all departmental tasks/projects to ensure department productivity.
  • Work with Graphic Design team to create assets for all ad platforms, including digital, email and printed materials, in accordance with the set marketing strategy and branding.
  • Implement monthly incentive updates, including writing disclaimers, implementing monthly digital ad campaigns, etc., on SEM and social platforms, as well as the dealership websites.
  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of the dealership website and its functionality. This includes helping to solve inventory issues, UX issues, keeping disclaimers and ads up to date, etc.
  • Attend advertising budget meetings, as well as performance review meetings as required.
  • Learn, understand and report on marketing campaign/website metrics twice per month.
  • Work with Marketing Director to help with the team’s social media content including video production.
  • Assist with community and company events as needed.
  • Ensure marketing materials and swag supplies are maintained.
  • Conduct market research on competitors monthly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive digital retailing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing from an accredited university and/or the equivalent job experience is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and certifications from Google Ads are highly valued.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, social media platforms (Hootsuite), WordPress, Adobe Suite, is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing digital environments to develop effective campaigns that drive lead generation and brand engagement.
  • Outstanding communication, creativity, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong sense of ethical conduct and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail with a penchant for data analysis and critical thinking.
  • Must maintain a clean & valid driver’s license

Supervisory Responsibility

Some supervisory responsibilities may be required if/when the Director of Marketing is unavailable.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some standing and walking are required as needed. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend, stand and climb stairs as necessary. Some travel required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, evening, Holiday and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

This position does require travel between dealerships and event venues approximately 25% of the time.

Valid driver's license is required, and all applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
