In this role, you will help shape how complex, multi-team customer deliveries are executed and scaled across a fast-moving, mission-driven organization. You will move beyond traditional program management by designing AI-enabled operational systems that automate coordination, improve visibility, and reduce delivery friction. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, you will ensure that execution stays aligned across fast-paced delivery cycles with multiple dependencies. Your work will directly improve how outcomes are delivered to customers by replacing manual tracking with intelligent, data-driven workflows. This is a highly cross-functional and systems-oriented role where clarity, automation, and proactive risk management are essential. - Design, implement, and continuously improve AI-powered delivery systems and operational workflows to scale execution efficiency
- Lead and coordinate multi-week customer delivery cycles across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of ownership and timelines
- Build automated systems for tracking progress, dependencies, and risks, reducing reliance on manual reporting and status meetings
- Establish end-to-end visibility across delivery processes to ensure accountability and alignment
- Identify, anticipate, and proactively mitigate delivery risks while unblocking teams in real time
- Drive alignment between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution
- Translate operational complexity into structured, scalable systems that improve delivery reliability and speed
- Continuously optimize processes using AI tools and automation to enhance operational performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, product operations, or business operations in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
- Strong systems thinking with a demonstrated ability to simplify, automate, and scale complex workflows
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work beyond basic content generation or writing assistance
- Proven ability to design and own cross-functional processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong execution mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working across distributed teams and managing complex dependencies is highly valuable
