Delivery Operations Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Delivery Operations Manager in United States.

In this role, you will help shape how complex, multi-team customer deliveries are executed and scaled across a fast-moving, mission-driven organization. You will move beyond traditional program management by designing AI-enabled operational systems that automate coordination, improve visibility, and reduce delivery friction. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, you will ensure that execution stays aligned across fast-paced delivery cycles with multiple dependencies. Your work will directly improve how outcomes are delivered to customers by replacing manual tracking with intelligent, data-driven workflows. This is a highly cross-functional and systems-oriented role where clarity, automation, and proactive risk management are essential. You will thrive in an environment that values experimentation, operational excellence, and real-world impact on climate resilience.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve AI-powered delivery systems and operational workflows to scale execution efficiency
  • Lead and coordinate multi-week customer delivery cycles across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of ownership and timelines
  • Build automated systems for tracking progress, dependencies, and risks, reducing reliance on manual reporting and status meetings
  • Establish end-to-end visibility across delivery processes to ensure accountability and alignment
  • Identify, anticipate, and proactively mitigate delivery risks while unblocking teams in real time
  • Drive alignment between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Translate operational complexity into structured, scalable systems that improve delivery reliability and speed
  • Continuously optimize processes using AI tools and automation to enhance operational performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, product operations, or business operations in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
  • Strong systems thinking with a demonstrated ability to simplify, automate, and scale complex workflows
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work beyond basic content generation or writing assistance
  • Proven ability to design and own cross-functional processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong execution mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes independently
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working across distributed teams and managing complex dependencies is highly valuable
  • Genuine interest in climate-related impact and alignment with mission-driven work

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation tailored to location
  • Flexible, autonomous, and trust-based remote working environment
  • Home office stipend and coworking support
  • Annual learning and development budget
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven culture
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to climate resilience and wildfire prevention solutions
  • Annual in-person team gathering and optional meetups for collaboration
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI tools and operational innovation practices
