STAFFING COORDINATOR in Randallstown, Maryland at LifeBridge Health

The Staffing Coordinator facilitates the Department of Nursing staffing of the hospital by utilizing and identifying available nursing resources, under the direction of Director and Assistant Director of Virtual Hospital, based upon unit needs and staff/census.

In this role, you will identify and report fluctuations to maintain cost-effective staffing patterns. Support Management in maintaining accurate demographic, skill, and scheduling information on all nursing employees in a computerized scheduling system.

Work Schedule: 1:00pm -11:30pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.

• 1-3 years of experience.
