About Chyron
Chyron is a global leader in broadcast graphics, playout, and real-time data visualization. Our solutions bring stories to life in the world’s largest newsrooms, premier sports broadcasts, and high-profile live events.
PRIME VSAR merges the cutting-edge graphics of Epic Games’ Unreal Engine
with the built-for-broadcast design, editorial, and live production capabilities of the
PRIME Live Platform. Throughout every step of the virtual production process, PRIME
VSAR demystifies and deskills working with the Unreal Engine to maximize ROI
Opportunities.
Live storytelling happens fast, and PRIME VSAR’s built-in design toolkit enables the
rapid creation of must-have broadcast graphics and studio elements, particularly for
data-driven news storytelling. As your design team creates graphic objects and virtual
studios setups, these assets smoothly translate into customizable and reskinnable
templates that any journalist or producer can leverage within a MOS-connected NRCS.
When it’s time to go to air, PRIME VSAR’s internal suite of virtual production tools
- including chroma keyer, camera tracking, and playout/scene control interfaces -
provide everything you need to create a captivating final output.
We are looking for a strategic, platform-focused Product Manager to work under the guidance of the Group Platform Product Manager (GPPM). This is an exciting opportunity to go beyond building a product — you will help shape the PRIME VSAR platform itself, driving features that maximize PRIME’s VSAR capabilities. With a systems-thinking mindset, you will ensure every roadmap decision strengthens the broader platform, integrates seamlessly across products, and turns complex broadcast challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.
What will you do:
Own the PRIME VSAR roadmap, serve as the product expert, and evangelize the product internally and externally. Ensure initiatives align with and strengthen the Chyron portfolio.
Define and execute product strategy, features, and workflow solutions under the guidance of the GPPM.
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through release, translating customer needs and industry trends into well-defined requirements, features, and epics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with GPPMs, Product Managers, Engineering, UI/UX, Customer Success, Product Owners, and SQA to deliver solutions that meet customer use cases and platform objectives.
Manage customer-facing product issues and ensure timely resolution in partnership with Customer Success, Product Owners, and SQA.
Define pricing and revenue strategy with Sales and key stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market execution with Marketing.
Drive product adoption and revenue growth through positioning, enablement, and customer engagement initiatives.
Create and maintain product documentation, and support RFPs, RFIs, demos, POCs, and trade show activities.
What you will bring:
2+ years of product or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering products or major initiatives end-to-end.
Ability to gather input from diverse stakeholders and prioritize high-value opportunities aligned with company strategy and customer impact.
Self-starter with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively and influence without direct authority
Strong customer empathy with the ability to uncover underlying workflow challenges and translate them into clear user requirements, features, and epics that drive scalable product solutions.
Experience with Jira and modern product management tools (Productboard, Monday, Asana, or equivalent).
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of real-time technologies, specifically Epic’s Unreal Engine broadcast workflows, such as Video Compositing, Motion Design, LED wall integrations, Virtual Camera systems and Tracking Systems.
VFX/Production Knowledge: Background in visual effects (VFX) or traditional broadcast virtual production workflows is a strong plus.
3+ years of virtual production experience.
Technical competence, including a foundational understanding of graphics pipelines, rendering concepts, networking, and hardware performance (CPU/GPU).
Knowledge of B2B business models, pricing principles, and key commercial metrics that drive product success
Experience delivering AI-driven features or products is a plus.

Great professional team and supportive company culture
