In this role, you will support Talent Operations activities that ensure efficient hiring processes and an excellent candidate experience:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
- Manage job postings across applicant tracking systems, career sites, and external job boards.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure clean, well-structured recruitment pipelines.
- Support recruiting workflows by tracking progress and assisting with process execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and candidate experience.
- Assist with talent programs and operational initiatives aligned with recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment and consistency.

- Competitive base salary: $50,000 – $75,000 (depending on experience and location)
